Tampa Attorney - Motion to Suppress Identification

An Officer received a report of a crime in progress in his area. The Court ruled that the officer exceeded the scope of a lawful investigatory stop. The cop handcuffed the defendant, placed him in patrol car, and took him away from place where he was initially apprehended for a “show-up” The court ruled that transportation to the “show-up” was illegal.
